What should I wear for a sports massage?This is dependant on the treatment that you require. We will need to be able to see and access the muscles that require working on so ideally wear something that can be easily removed or that can be moved up or out of the way. If working on the legs it may be worth bringing a pair of shorts.

How long does a treatment last?An Indian head massage lasts around 30 mins to an hour depending on your needs.
Do you use oil?I do not use oil when doing this treatment. The treatment is carried out in a seated position over light clothing.
How often should I have an Indian head massage?There are a number of factors that can influence this. I would usually suggest every 2-4 weeks if you are looking for relaxation and time out for yourself. If you are experiencing pain from a specific injury or struggling with migraines, anxiety, sleep issues then it could be advantageous to come for weekly treatments for around 4-6 weeks.
